VFX Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

ColorTime, Los Angeles, California is looking for a VFX Coordinator to work on high profile television shows and feature films, ideal for someone interested in launching a career in visual effects production. Duties include organizing computer files, preparing bids, communicating with artists and clients, and performing digital deliveries as well as other production and administrative duties. This position requires intensive computer use. The successful candidate must be comfortable updating Excel spreadsheets with a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize files
Prepare bids from templates
Address questions from clients and producers.
Keep track of all shots and keep clients updated

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication, listening skills and teamwork ability
Outstanding organizational skills-digital files in particular
Ability to keep track of multiple priorities, and deliver on time
Proficiency with Mac OS X, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Consistently positive attitude
Genuine interest in developing new skills through gaining experience
Knowledge of VFX processes and practices a plus
An understanding of computer graphics software is useful, but it is not required for the role.
