Retail Sales Associate Dugout Store

This is a Full Time Job

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing assistance in all operations of the Colorado Springs dugout Rockies

Dugout store.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform daily store opening and store closing duties.
• Conduct retail sales transactions.
• Complete ticket transactions.
• Perform credit card/cash drawer reconciliation.
• Conduct inventory management – stocking and loss prevention.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in retail and inventory control.
• Proficient in Windows Professional software programs.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work game nights and weekends as needed.
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance.
• Professional image and demeanor.
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Work schedule is based on store hours. Store hours can change during the year. Schedules can vary due to business volume.

SALARY RANGE:

Salary Range: $16.00 per hour. This is a part-time position not eligible for all company benefits.
