JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility of a seasonal customer services representative will be to service all calls routed to the Colorado Rockies. This includes selling individual tickets, answering customer questions from A-Z, guiding fans using MLB smartphone apps, and directing calls to appropriate departments. Ticket Services Representatives also provide assistance to other departments and projects as needed; including parades, promotion and gift distribution in stadium. This is an ideal starting point for individuals looking to begin a career within the Colorado Rockies organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Professionalism on the phone and in an office setting
• Outstanding sales and customer service abilities
• Flexibility a must; availability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Excellent oral communication
• Computer proficiency
• Proficiency and experience using I-pads, digital ticket scanners and smartphone apps
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus
BASIC DESCRIPTION:
• Part-Time Seasonal position, up to 40 hours per week availability preferable
• Working in a call center environment
• Interacting and assisting with other departments within the organization
• Free parking at Coors Field
