Sales Associate - FlatIrons Dugout Store – Retail Operations Department

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing assistance in all operations of the FlatIrons Colorado Rockies Dugout store.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform daily store opening and store closing duties.
• Conduct retail sales transactions.
• Complete ticket transactions.
• Perform credit card/cash drawer reconciliation.
• Conduct inventory management – stocking and loss prevention.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in retail and inventory control.
• Proficient in Windows Professional software programs.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work game nights and weekends as needed.
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance.
• Professional image and demeanor.
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Work schedule is based on store hours.
• Store hours can change during the year.
• Schedules can vary due to business volume.

SALARY RANGE:
• Salary Range: $14.77 per hour.
• This is a part-time position not eligible for all company benefits.
