POSITION SUMMARY (PURPOSE OF POSITION)

Responsible for performing gameday operation duties in preparation for games. Assist with clubhouse operations and equipment duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Laundry and uniform cleaning
• Shoe and equipment cleaning
• Assist with equipment needs for players and coaches
• Field and bench setup
• Organizing and restocking food and beverage stations
• Towel folding and amenities set up
• Help maintain a clean and organized atmosphere

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with personal errands for players, and coaches
• Ability exercise confidentiality and discretion

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SPECIFICATIONS):
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation
• Have an understanding of the game and industry of organized baseball
• Pass organizational background checks, and MLB background checks
• Must pass routine drug testing per MLB protocol
• Ability to perform manual labor
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Spanish fluency is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
• Locker room setting with physical operations
• Capable of moving large, awkward, and irregular sized equipment
• Seasonal hourly position. Irregular hours, nights, weekend and holiday availability

SALARY RANGE:

Salary Range: $14.77 per hour. This is a temporary status, part-time position not eligible for all company benefits
