Spring Intern - Hong Kong Film Market

COL Media is searching for a 2025 Hong Kong Film Market Intern. The 2025 Hong Kong Film Market will be held from March 17 to March 20, 2025. The intern will assist in the COL team's smooth operation in the market by managing the executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and participating in the industry network events. The intern will gain in-depth understanding of how film and television development is managed at a bi-cultural entertainment company, and will have the opportunities to engage with the industry professionals in a meaningful way.

COL Media is the Los Angeles branch of the COL Group, which is one of the largest IP holders and film & tv producers in China. Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, it is China's first publicly traded digital publisher. Working with major Hollywood companies and top Chinese platforms, we develop film & tv shows for the global audience.

Candidates must be current students, and be able to commit in-person for the duration of the Hong Kong Film Market. The internship is unpaid, and the student has to pay for their own travel, accommodation, and other associated expenses. The internship is intended as an educational experience and networking opportunity to help the student gain a deeper understanding of the global film & tv market landscape.
Verbal and writing skills in Mandarin Chinese and English are required. Cantonese speaking ability is preferred. Passion and interest in the film & tv industry is a must.
