Executive Assistant - COL Media (Full-time)

We are a story-driven entertainment studio built on a fan-adored literature library from our parent company, COL Digital Publishing Group, China's first publicly traded digital publishing company. Owning a host of top-selling novels with great adaptation potential and a massive creative engine that features new talents, the founding of COL Media in Los Angeles, California has brought a refreshing story universe to be realized in Hollywood.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leaders you support. Attention to detail and the relationship you form with the executives are critical. Your professionalism is key to success. On any given day you might:
Handle heavy scheduling across time zones, including meetings and video chats
Attend meetings, document agenda items, and take detailed notes
Develop familiarity with all projects, proactively support executives in project management
Organize and safekeep documents in Google Drive
Assist with developing presentation decks and other materials
Conduct research and prepare reports
Correspond with internal and external contacts
Draft letters and emails on behalf of team
Assist with hiring process and internship program coordination
Book travel itineraries, considering time zones, traffic, and fatigue levels
Be in charge of hospitality and event coordination
Handle various administrative and logistical tasks
Handle unsolicited materials and inquiries
Assist with projects as required
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Advanced writing and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary
Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
''EQ'' skills to build bridges, forge alliances and encourage people to want to work with you
Some flexibility in your schedule - we value work/life balance, but in a pinch, a bit more time is needed as executives sometimes work across time zones
Solid organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, and a can-do attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Mac environment
Bachelor's degree in film & television, media studies, journalism, literature, or related fields
Prior film and television production experience is a plus
