Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney for transactional entertainment law firm. Cohen Gardner seeks motivated, focused attorney with a minimum of two years experience at another law firm, studio or major production company. Position will support partners working in film, television and new media. Candidate must be able to take the initiative, actively negotiate, draft, revise and close deals. Position will cover scripted and non-scripted television and feature film agreements for producers and talent, with heavy client exposure. Heavy work load, high-profile clientele, opportunity for mentorship and business growth. Our attorneys have regularly been featured and profiled by Variety, Deadline and Hollywood Reporter. This position is in person - we are not accepting applications for candidates not based in LA. Current CA Bar membership is required.
