The Sales Department at Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join their dynamic team. This entry-level position will play a key role in supporting the Vice President and the global Content Sales team with a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and delivering reports, and providing general day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. In addition to gaining valuable experience, this position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the Sales team, as well as potential career progression within Warner Bros. Discovery and CNN.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Organize and schedule appointments for the VP and other senior members of the team.
• Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with senior executives and administrative assistants to handle internal requests and queries related to sales support.
• Research and generate new sales leads or process them as necessary.
• Address customer complaints and work with the VP to identify ways to resolve issues when possible.
Qualifications & Experience…
• A degree or equivalent experience in business management.
• An interest in media and broadcasting sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Email and Calendar).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen sense of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
