Full Time Paid Internship
What does our department do?
Every Sunday at 11am Reliable Sources examines the intersection of media, pop culture and politics. The press is part of every story and host Brian Stelter goes in-depth into how journalists do their job and how the media affect the stories they cover.
What will you be doing?
Interns have the opportunity to participate in every aspect of television production and social media: pitching story ideas; gathering editorial and video material; and assisting in the control room during the live broadcast.
The Reliable team works a Wednesday through Sunday week, with Sunday availability a must.
What do we need from you?
Candidates should be passionate about news, self-motivated, able to multitask, have a good attitude, and be able to function well in fast paced, high volume environment.

Program dates are June 4th through August 10th.
Interns are paid at least minimum wage ($13/hour), can work up to 40 hours/week, and relocation is not provided.
Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Applicants should be sophomore status or greater.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• All international students will be required to provide documentation of proper visa paperwork prior to starting the internship
