What does our department do?
Erin Burnett OutFront airs weeknights and is designed to showcase Erin's unique style--casual, smart, and confident--OutFront stays ahead of the headlines, delivering a show that's in-depth and informative.
What will you be doing?
Interns gain insight into the editorial process while interning at CNN NY. Interns on Erin Burnett OutFront strengthen their research skills while contributing to the show. They also help with production needs, such as: transcribing videotape, assisting in the control room and working with producers from story inception to the on-air segment. Often, interns book and greet show guests and assist in basic Administrative tasks.
What do we need from you?
Candidates should be passionate about news, self-motivated, able to multitask, have a good attitude, and be able to function well in fast paced, high volume environment.

Program dates are January 21st through April 19th.
Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Applicants should be a rising sophomore status or greater.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• All international students will be required to provide documentation of proper visa paperwork prior to starting the internship
