The Producer will discuss segment elements and suggested questions with Executive Producer and make important editorial decisions.

Your Role Accountabilities…

The producer needs strong editorial judgment with the ability to craft hard-hitting segments based on thorough research and lead to news-making headlines. Individual must also be able to select key visual elements to ensure a highly-produced segment, including soundbites and graphics. This individual should be able to handle multiple segments on different topics for the same show. Strong writing skills and the ability to identify and pitch compelling and creative segment ideas on a daily basis are required.

Qualifications and Experience…
• 7+ years producing with live show and control room experience.
• Extensive script writing experience
• Field producing and package producing experience
• Must be able to work an extended schedule as the news cycle and deadlines require.
• Requires a creative thinker with the ability to find new and entertaining ways to present information, new angles to approach stories, and the organizational skills to bring it all together.
• Outstanding news judgment, critical and strategic thinking, and an ability to be persistent yet diplomatic are critical for the position.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $108,508.00 - $201,516.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
