The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Post Production Producer for the CNN department. Responsible for Post Production needs for assigned series and films. This position will work with internally and externally produced films and series from delivery to broadcast. Will work on content for CNN Original Series, HLN Original Series, CNN+, CNN Films, HBO Max.
The Daily
• Interface with internal and external producers to ensure all documentaries meet CNN long-form production style and standards.
• Work with producers on generating timing sheets to ensure all docs are timed correctly.
• Confirm delivered programs pass technical QC with correct timings and formats.
• Assist in actively managing outside productions within the internal CNN departments like on-air promotions, special projects, marketing and PR.
• Handle award submissions.- Handle screeners requests.
• Provide required material to the syndication partners.
• Handle transferring and transcoding video files.
• Basic editing capabilities on Adobe Premiere is beneficial- Detail oriented, as position will work on numerous productions simultaneously
The Essentials
• 5+ years of television production experience.
• 3+ years of post-production experience and knowledge of the latest editing equipment and post-production workflows.
• College degree required.
