As a Digital Designer here, your work will help define how new audiences find us, how loyal audiences engage with us, and how CNN continues to lead in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
Your Role Responsibilities…
• Design for impact and growth: from streaming campaigns that attract new audiences to digital-first assets that drive engagement and sharing.
• Create across mediums-key art, motion graphics, digital banners, OOH, social content, and more-always pushing for work that resonates and inspires.
• Use Figma to collaborate in real time, streamline workflows, and adapt creative for multiple platforms and teams.
• Translate strategy and insights into visually compelling, audience-first campaigns that work across broadcast, digital, and streaming.
• Partner with a team of award-winning creative directors, designers, writers, and marketers who thrive on curiosity, innovation, and storytelling.
• Adapt, optimize, and evolve creative in a fast-moving environment where streaming and digital platforms lead the way.
Your Qualifications & Experience…
• A PORTFOLIO THAT EXCITES AND SURPRISES, showcasing your ability to connect with audiences through visual storytelling. Please have a link to your portfolio/reel included on your resume.
• 5+ years of experience designing for broadcast, streaming, digital, or social-first campaigns.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience in HTML5 and motion graphics for digital strongly preferred.
• A sharp eye for design trends, emerging platforms, and what's next in digital culture.
• The agility to thrive in a fast-moving environment, where deadlines shift and new opportunities emerge daily.
• A collaborative spirit-you love working with others, but you're also confident owning your own creative lane.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $117,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
