Advertising Sales Assistant

CNN International is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the execution and delivery of cross-platform advertising campaigns across CNN's international commercial platforms. The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to Sales Planners, Manager and the team Directors within the CNNIC Advertising Sales team, and plays a vital part in ensuring that all elements of a campaign-from booking through to reporting-run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Administrative account maintenance.
• Coordinate and book cross-platform campaigns, ensuring timely activation and accurate scheduling.
• Oversee and monitor campaign delivery, proactively identifying and resolving issues such as missing creative assets or sponsorship scheduling conflicts to ensure all components are executed seamlessly.
• Track revenue and campaign status to support accurate forecasting.
• Prepare pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reports with performance insights.
• Support new business setup, including processing contracts and invoices.
• Maintain organised records of bookings, creative assets, client deliverables, and payment statuses.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Organised, pro-active and hardworking
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a very busy environment
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; attention to detail is a must
• An interest in current affairs and an international outlook

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
