ISO Producer /Editor: Nashville, TN

CMT is seeking a freelance Nashville based Producer/Editor for digital first, short form content. This position requires experience with all types of content production and editing including live events, in-studio shoots, multicam switching, social and live streaming. Knowledge of the country music landscape is a plus.

• Execute video creative from soup to nuts, including, creative development, production planning, location identification, scenic design, camera selection and blocking, lighting direction, physical capture, post production editorial, editing, music selection, delivery and encoding, and all other aspects of production needed to ensure the highest quality video deliverable on all assigned projects.

• Partner with Production Management on budget, schedule and all other production logistics.

• Must be able to operate solo on smaller projects and collaborate with a team as needed

• Must have experience owning physical production creative execution in the field and in post.

• Produce and Direct interviews, talent, BTS, live performances and stage shoots and anything else as needed

• Edit and deliver final pieces using Premiere

• Ability to operate camera if needed a plus
