Line Producer / Nashville, TN

CMT is seeking a freelance Nashville based Line Producer to oversee a robust slate of digital first, short form content. Position requires experience with all types of content production including live events, in-studio shoots, multicam switching, social and live streaming. Knowledge of the country music landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all steps of physical production management from concept through delivery

• Prepare and oversee all production materials including budgets, schedules, cost reporting, and other compliance documents. Must be an expert at Movie Magic.

• Oversee and manage quarterly and annual production budget and ensure funds are reported at a regular cadence, as well as day-to-day project oversight

• Hire and assign the best freelance crew and staff for each project - must have active rolodex of freelance crew.

• Identify team needs and oversee Production Managers, Coordinators and Production Assistants

• Must be familiar with union and guild parameters and protocols

. • Collaborate with development leads, BALA, safety and risk management, finance, post production operations, production technologies, talent, labor relations, and all other internal departments to ensure the highest quality production.

• Communicate effectively with senior executives and remain prepared to keep stakeholders up to date on project status
