CMA Entertainment, a boutique talent management company is seeking an exceptional and dedicated Talent Manager to join the ranks of a busy talent management company. Talent Manager opportunity provides eligible candidate with exposure to the operations of a boutique entertainment management company and industry dynamics. MUST have industry knowledge, talent representation experience, desire to work with actors, and eagerness to grow the company's roster. Candidates must be extremely detailed, strong communication skills, social media proficient, organized and possess a high level of initiative. The position offers commission to candidates based on experience and level of commitment.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General rep duties including high volume of email correspondence; client relations management, phone calls
Assist CEO in transmissions and issuance of talent agreements, artist offers/contracts, audition notices, production itineraries, etc.
Proficient: Microsoft Word, Excel, MacBook Pro Editing, WeTransfer, Website design
Applications/Platforms: IG, Twitter, Facebook; talent development and submissions through Breakdowns Services, LA Casting, etc.
Internet market research and social media savvy
Support fellow talent manager(s) with various tasks
Miscellaneous office maintenance
