Full Time Job
General Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure unit compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Communicate applicable updates to polices and procedures to the unit Department Managers and assocaites
• Communicate compliance issues to the Controller and General Manager in a timely manner.
• Responsible for completing the appropriate documentation if determination is made that the Unit cannot comply with policies and procedures as written.
• Responsible for ensuring all applicable Associates at Unit have completed Associate Acknowledgement Forms to acknowledge compliance with the unit policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of the Segregation of Duties Matrix
Education & Experience:
• College level coursework or practical accounting or auditing skills.
• Previous experience as an auditor or an accounting clerk is a plus.
• Computer skills with general knowledge of Outlook
• Able to create and utilize Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
Physical Requirements
• Ability to work extended days and hours, including evenings and weekends, based on schedule needs.
• Ability to stand or walk for a portion of the shift.
• Ability to lift or carry items up to 20 lbs.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season.
