JOB SUMMARY:
Under direction of the SVP REG Business Operations, the ‘2025-26 Seasonal Assistant, REG Franchise Partnerships’ is responsible for observing, learning and supporting the day-to-day operations of the REG Franchise / REG Enterprise Corporate Partnerships Team for all REG Franchise properties (included but not limited to Monsters & Charge) and REG (Rock Entertainment Group) Enterprise. Properties including but not limited to, Tennis in The Land powered by Rocket, Pickle in the Land presented by Nature Stone Flooring, Lake Erie Crushers baseball and Afro Future, etc.
** This is a temporary position from September 2025 - June 2026, that will work onsite at Rocket Arena approx. 40 hours per week, with some duties offsite at various events.
** Local candidates preferred. There is no relocation assistance provided for temporary positions.
PAY RATE: $15.00/HR START DATE: September 8th, 2025
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the activation of partnerships across all REG Franchise & REG Enterprise properties including but not limited to Monsters, Charge, TITL, PITL, Crushers baseball and Afro Future.
• Track proof of performance and metrics for partners to use in recaps and/or monthly check-ins.
• Fulfillment of partner promotions, including sweepstakes prizes and social activations.
• Fan facing in dealing with questions regarding partner specific promotions.
• Assist in event and game day planning and coordination.
• Assist in every facet of partnership delivery and activation for REG Franchise with specific duties related to REG Enterprise regarding presenting and naming rights partners.
• Game day event responsibilities include taking photos, helping with hospitality questions, ticket questions, promo prizes and meeting fans.
• Support the overall functionality of the REG Franchise / REG Enterprise team internally, including inventory, ordering items for activation, tracking property goals, etc.
• Work with the REG Franchise / REG Enterprise team and other assigned team members to fulfill digital signage obligations including but not limited to, messaging, collection of digital artwork, managing and tracking property assets, and tracking of partner social posts.
• Drive all property recaps with support from REG Enterprise Marketing / Business Coordinator. Collect and organize all photos, social screen grabs for the development of creative for sales decks, renewals, presentations, recap videos, activation videos, etc.
• Become familiar with Salesforce and Digideck processes and entry.
• Perform administrative duties as needed, including setting up meetings, making copies, receiving and breaking down boxes, running errands, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University, preferably in the field of Sports Management, Business, or Marketing (or currently pursuing a BS Degree).
• Must be avaliable to work a minimum of 40 hours per week onsite at Rocket Arena.
• Must be avaliable to work onsite at Rocket Arena Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm. (This is not a part time role and candidates seeking part time hours will not be considered).
• Must be avaliable to work flexible hours including frequent weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Familiar with popular web-design concepts.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues.
• Flexible, motivated, and equipped to work in an environment of rapid change.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
