General Overview: As a key member of the Data Operations team, the Data Steward will work closely with Ticket Sales and multiple other departments on the implementation, management, and optimization of various business processes and data driven projects.

* This is an entry-level position, seeking a recent college-grad with 6-12 months relevant internship experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative, business, or operations field (i.e., Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Computer Science)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with both technical and business minded professionals
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing data driven solutions
• Ability to create, implement, and manage business processes
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed, demonstrate initiative, and translate curiosity into action

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience using Business Intelligence and reporting software, Tableau preferred
• Knowledge and experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Knowledge and experience of SQL
