Spring Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

We are seeking an ENERGETIC and DETAIL-ORIENTED part-time intern to assist in our NEW YORK office. We are a fast paced, tight knit team - we'd love to give you an insight into the entertainment industry while helping you build your skills.

Internship Start Date/Season: March (Spring 2025)
Internship Duration: March 2025 - May 2025 (with the possibility to extend into the summer)
Time/Days Required: Part-Time - 2-3 Days/Week, 10:00am - 6:00pm
Workplace Requirements: In-Person (NYC Office)

The Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills and a sincere desire to learn about the Entertainment Talent Representation Business. Our Intern is expected to display the utmost professionalism and discretion in their time here. But in addition, it is important that our Intern is someone who possesses a warm and personable personality and is well spoken, well read, and well versed in the entertainment field. You should also be able to work and think independently and be willing to learn and have fun while doing it.

No prior experience necessary, just the desire to learn and grow within the Entertainment Business in a non-performance capacity.

Responsibilities May include:
Labelling & organizing files
Assisting with general office management tasks
Taking notes in meetings
Contacting clients
Organizing, editing and uploading client self-tapes
Assisting in creating post for Social Media
Updating/helping to maintain various office databases
