Internship- CJ Entertainment Business & Legal Affairs

This part-time position will support the Director of Business & Legal Affairs in CJ Entertainment's Los Angeles office. CJ Entertainment is a leading entertainment and media company and a part of the CJ Group headquartered in Seoul, Korea. Intern will provide assistance with a wide variety of entertainment-related matters, including deals to acquire and develop films, reality and scripted programming, co-production deals, talent agreements, and agreements for the ancillary exploitation of intellectual property. Fluency in Korean (reading and writing) and previous experience in entertainment preferred.

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ASSISTING WITH:
• talent agreements, producer agreements, rights agreements, and other agreements in connection with the development and production of feature films
• above and below the line guild issues
• corporate and production insurance matters
• production legal, litigation, copyright and trademark, music, and rights and clearance matters
• other general business and legal affairs matters as needed
