About the Role:
We're currently seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives for an array of active artists across various genres, as well as select artist catalogs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the global music business, collaborating with artists and label partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Primary Responsibilities:
Spearhead the planning and execution of strategic global marketing campaigns for artists within our diverse portfolio
Act as a liaison between partners, artists, managers, and international affiliates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
Establish campaign goals and objectives in partnership with Marketing Leadership, manage budget allocation, and oversee the entire integrated marketing process
Organize and lead setup meetings for key releases, managing follow-up actions and items
Collaborate closely with digital marketing, content, creative, and commercial teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to fruition
Develop community and fan-building initiatives, implement engaging online content activations, and optimize them for various distribution platforms
Analyze streaming and marketing data to extract insights, identify trends, and capitalize on marketing opportunities for current and future campaigns
Work with other marketing leads to strategize, review campaign performance, and develop data-informed marketing strategies
Devise evergreen catalog marketing strategies for artist catalogs on your roster, identifying opportune moments to amplify and include in catalog marketing efforts
Stay updated on industry best practices across digital marketing, advertising, and events, educating cross-functional teams, artists, and artist teams accordingly
Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience
Proven track record in building and executing global marketing campaigns
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies
Profound knowledge of social media platforms and platform analytics
Experience in e-commerce and merchandise marketing
Creative and innovative thinker passionate about music and capable of devising exciting initiatives
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking under pressure
In-depth understanding of digital media and its influence on popular culture
Familiarity with music, streaming platforms and artist management would be nice to have
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
