Cinetic Media seeks an LA-based assistant to support the two Heads of Management and Project Finance, to start immediately.
Cinetic is a full-service talent management and media advisory firm with divisions spanning film and television project financing and production, sales/distribution, PR and Marketing, as well as strategic and corporate advisory work for media companies. The firm represents an exceptional roster of artists and companies, and our projects include SUMMER OF SOUL, LAND, GREEN BOOK, MISS AMERICANA, BEFORE MIDNIGHT, BOYHOOD, CARTEL LAND, AMY, NAPOLEON DYNAMITE, and LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, among many others. The firm maintains offices in New York and Los Angeles.
This position will encompass executive assistant responsibilities for two department heads as well as activity across the management and finance/production activities of the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling a high volume of meetings and calls for two executives; interfacing and scheduling for clients; performing and organizing script coverage; tracking writers and directors; managing and tracking submissions of finance/producing projects; IP tracking; and working with staff in the New York office to organize internal communications and processes.

The position requires poise and judgement in a dynamic environment with sensitive client-related matters. BA/BS degree is required. Must have at least 1 year agency/management company/production company experience. Role is expected to work from the office no fewer than 3 days per work week.
