Cinetic Media seeks Sales Coordinator to start immediately working with our film and series sales team in New York.
Responsibilities related to servicing sales clients and supporting day-to-day needs of the sales team, including, but not limited to:
o Scheduling calls, meetings, and screenings for sales team
o Drafting and negotiating contracts with clients
o Assisting with festival submissions for filmmaker and corporate clients
o Coordinating delivery of post-production and marketing assets to distributors
o Fielding screening requests from distributors and streaming platforms & facilitating viewings
o Maintaining records detailing status of sales slate
o Managing participation logistics for company for film festivals, including accreditation, tickets, accommodations, and other company needs
o Assessing incoming submissions
The role is high-volume and fast-paced and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Minimum one year of full-time experience in the film industry required and talent agency experience is strongly preferred.
Position is based in New York and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
