Cinetic Media seeks a LA-based coordinator to start immediately, reporting to the Head of Sales and Managing Director of the company's brand advisory firm. This a hybrid-position that requires 3 days per week of in-person attendance to the company's Beverly Hills offices
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Rolling calls, scheduling, and calendar management
· Interfacing with corporate advisory and sales client
· Generating and negotiating Engagement Letters
· Project submission evaluation and coverage
· Special project and business research
· Working with sales coordinator to manage the sales team
We're seeking a motivated, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented candidate with excellent organization, communication and writing skills. The position requires mature judgement in a dynamic environment with sensitive client-related matters. Successful candidates demonstrate great organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and problem solve, as well experience evaluating and articulating the qualities of written and produced material. This role provides opportunity to survey multiple facets of the company and participate in the growth of several different business units.
Cinetic is a full-service talent management firm that specializes in film and television development, financing, sales, marketing, and PR, as well as strategic and corporate advisory work for companies. The firm represents an exceptional roster of artists and media companies, with projects including SUMMER OF SOUL, PARASITE, 100 FOOT WAVE, BAD VEGAN, AMY, NAPOLEON DYNAMITE, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, and HOOP DREAMS, among many others. The firm maintains offices in New York and Los Angeles.
College degree is required. Must have at least 2-years entertainment industry experience with talent agency experience strongly preferred.
