Production Assistant / Field Crew

Cinespia is returning for a fantastic new season of movies under the stars beginning Wednesday, May 26th, and continuing on Saturdays from June to October. Our iconic venues include the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and Greek Theatre.

We are seeking multiple production assistants. Candidates must be a motivated self-starter with a desire to gain first-hand experience in all aspects of production/live events. Our organization hosts on-site screenings of classic films in and around Los Angeles. Candidates must have a detail-oriented approach to customer service and be flexible enough to simultaneously support multiple departments (if needed) in any given task required.

Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of event duties, including.
• Set Up and Break down.
• Front Gate and egress
• Field and seating management
• Photobooth & Photo moments
• Crowd Control
• Assist during physical event production in an array of production tasks.
