Position Overview
Reporting directly to the VP, Global Industry & Brand, this role provides hands-on execution and project management to ensure consistency and excellence in how Cinespace shows up to clients, partners, communities, and the industry at large. The Manager, Industry & Brand plays a key role in supporting Cinespace Studios’ industry engagement, brand positioning, and marketing communications across all markets. The Manager will assist in planning and lead execution of the VP and Leadership team’s Strategy.
This individual will manage day-to-day execution of social media, creative asset development, media tracking, event coordination, and internal reporting. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with the VP as well as the Sales and Operations teams, external vendors, and leadership to ensure that materials, messaging, and activations are aligned with brand standards and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Asset Development
• Design or coordinate the creation of branded materials, including presentations, one-pagers, signage, and digital collateral.
• Maintain a centralized library of images, videos, templates, and brand resources.
• Collaborate with external creative vendors when specialized work is required.
2. Social Media & Digital Content Execution
• Develop and manage the content calendar for Cinespace social media channels.
• Produce graphics, videos, and branded visual assets.
• Draft posts, gather approvals, and publish content aligned with brand messaging.
• Track channel performance and compile monthly/quarterly insights.
3. Marketing & Sales Support
• Partner with Sales/Leasing teams to understand client needs and produce tailored materials (decks, brochures, event collateral).
• Support site tours, studio showcases, and client-facing engagements by preparing assets and ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist in the development of materials for pitches, proposals, and presentations.
4. Communications & Media Support
• Support the creation of news releases, announcements, and media alerts.
• Coordinate approvals and liaise with external PR partners as needed.
• Track industry media coverage and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Support the VP with briefing notes, key messages, and information packages.
5. Event & Activation Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing client events, industry receptions, and community activations.
• Manage logistics such as signage, collateral, RSVPs, vendor coordination, and run-of-show documents.
• Provide onsite event support to ensure alignment with brand standards across markets.
6. Internal Reporting & Administrative Support
• Prepare monthly and quarterly activity reports for leadership.
• Maintain project timelines, calendars, and shared documentation.
• Track budget items for brand and industry initiatives.
• Support procurement processes and vendor invoicing.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, industry relations, or a production-related environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience using CanvaPro, Klaviyo, Muck Rack, Meltwater or similar software
• Experience creating digital graphics or managing creative vendors.
• Solid project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience working on content creation software and PR reporting and tracking software.
• Experience working in the film and television production ecosystem
• High level of professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive information
Salary/Benefits
$95,000.00
- 120,000.00
per year
