Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at CinemaCameras.com, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Operations to achieve strategic and tactical goals for the company. You will assist with the operational and inventory management of the business, as well as with marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for responding to all business communication, including sales and customer service inquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent technical skills with cinema cameras, lenses, and accessories. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. You should be reliable, punctual, and focused during work hours, and should be honest and communicative with the leadership team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience working with cinema camera equipment and may have experience as an assistant camera, director of photography, prep technician, lens technician, or camera salesperson. Experience in a management position and in photography and editing is preferred. Experience in digital marketing is also a plus. A high school diploma or higher education is required.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be expected to work in the office in Marina del Rey, CA 3-5 times per week. You should be able to commute to the office and be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. You should also be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time. The schedule for this role is 9AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday, with optional work on Saturdays and Sundays. Compensation for this role is competitive and based on skill level.
