Department: Premium Seating
Job Title: Suites & Premium Service Executive
Reports To: Director of Premium Sales & Service
Job Purpose: The Suites & Premium Service Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of Luxury Suites at Great American Ball Park. This position will be relied on to sell, service, and manage full season, partial season, and single game suites. This position will be responsible for individual and team retention and sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Service, manage, and renew full season suite partners
• Create and execute retention and sales strategy for suites (full & partial season, single game rentals)
• Comfortable in business settings with C-Level executives
• Facilitate renewals of season ticket accounts associated with stadium naming rights and corporate partnerships
• Service selected premium season ticket accounts in an effort to maintain/increase current renewal rate
• Meet new sales goals (season and group sales) provided by the Director of Premium Sales & Service
• Deliver hustle results through outbound calls, social selling, and referrals
• Assist in the creation and execution of the overall service plan for premium seat holders
• Adhere to procedures and processes necessary to ensure a superior game day experience
• Plan and execute various retention and new sales events
• Assist with contract development and administration for premium seat and suite patrons
• Additional in-game and post-game responsibilities may be required throughout the season
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Premium Sales & Service
Experience, Education and Licensure:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Candidate should have 2-4 years of sales experience in a business setting and/or sports setting
• CRM and Tickets.com experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, good grammar, voice and diction, strong interpersonal skills and a team oriented spirit to provide exceptional service to our fans.
• Must be computer literate, demonstrate proficiency utilizing the team website, ability to understand products and services, research and communicate information and record daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional lifting of 20 pounds required.
Work Environment:
• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment however employee may have ''game-day'' responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
• Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays.
