Job Summary:
The Reds Rally Pack is a coed fan engagement and hype team that performs various tasks at Great American Ball Park during Cincinnati Reds home games. Rally Pack members also serve as ambassadors for the Cincinnati Reds throughout the community.

Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Education | High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience | Must be 18 years or older
Skills | Must be comfortable performing, and interacting with fans on camera in front of 40,000 fans. Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic personality. Must be comfortable wearing team issued attire (spirit squad-like). Must be reliable, punctual, and courteous. Good listening skills, and ability to work with limited oversight. Maintain a professional, yet fun and enthusiastic attitude at all times. Deliver top notch customer service to fans and show appreciation for their support of the team

Preferred Qualifications
Education | Should be interested in pursuing sports, live events, and/or entertainment career
Experience | Prior performance or entertainment experience preferred
Skills | Training in dance, cheer, theatre performance, on camera and/or broadcasting are an asset. Outstanding customer service skills and ability to provide quick and professional responses in any situation

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting with pregame, in-game, and postgame ceremonies and promotions; including performing hype moments on the dugouts, prize giveaways, performing t-shirt launches, interacting with fans and engaging them with the game | 60%

Assist with the operation of REDzilla with duties including but not limited to: stocking and re-stocking barrels with souvenir items, launching souvenirs to fans, operating cryo, horn and lights | 15%

Assist with Reds events during the season including, but not limited to: Reds Community Fun Charity Block Party, Kids Opening Day Block Party, Redslegs Run, Season Ticket Member events and concerts | 10%

Work closely with the Reds Mascots & Promotional Events Game Day Interns | 5%

Be aware of game situations and fire up the crowd when appropriate | 5%

Other duties as assigned | 5%

Physical Requirements:
• Occasionally required to sit
• Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
• Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation up to 30 pounds
• May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Willing to conduct business during non-traditional hours, utilizing games and events (including evenings and weekends) to interact with clients and prospects
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available for 60-70% of Reds home games
• Looking for all types of entertainers: dancers, break-dancers, jugglers, gymnasts, acrobat, DJ, Emcee, etc.
