Minor League Video and Technology Associate
Department: Baseball Operations – Player Development

Term: 2025 Minor League Season
Job Purpose:
The Minor League Video and Technology Associate will coordinate and execute video and data needs for an assigned minor league affiliate throughout the 2025 season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Capture and chart video for all home and road games using BATS software.
• Record and upload non-game activities, including bullpens, batting practice, and defensive drills.
• Assist players and coaches with video and data requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in video and data uploads.
• Operate technologies like high-speed cameras, IP cameras, and ball-tracking systems.
• Coordinate with TrackMan and Hawkeye operators on video and data tasks.
• Support advance scouting preparations as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Advanced baseball knowledge, including pitch identification.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Adaptability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Experience, Education, and Licensure:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred background in college and/or professional baseball.
Requirements:
• Availability to cover all games, including Spring Training and playoffs, with hours that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work is conducted both in office environments and outdoors, with exposure to weather conditions.
• Willingness to relocate to the assigned affiliate’s city.
