Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Fulfillment In-Season Intern
Department: Corporate Partnerships
Reports To: Corporate Partnerships Account Manager
FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Term: March 2023 – October 2023
Commitment: 3 – 4 days per week, approximately 20 – 30 hours per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility is to assist the Corporate Partnerships department with fulfillment and all steps of the sales and service process which includes:
• Managing a photography project capturing all sponsorship elements inside the ballpark and at outside events
• Assist with Reds Corporate Partnerships events and game days during the season
• Events include the Corporate Partnerships Golf Outing, Corporate Sponsorship Games and Batting Practices, Batting Practice Viewings, Pre-Game Ceremonies, and other sponsor-related events
• Assistance with research which includes creating graphs and interpreting data

Secondary responsibilities include:
• Work in the Reds Corporate Partnerships office
• Office duties will include providing research, varied game day preparations, data entry and additional miscellaneous duties as needed
• Assist as a host with the Reds Corporate Partnerships and Radio Suites throughout the season
• Responsible for special assignments including Kroger Meal Deal and exit samples

Qualifications:

• Must be completing or have completed at least their sophomore year of college
• Must have earned/are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management and/or related area of study
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A background in sales, research and/or hospitality is preferred
• Prior internship or work-related experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must present self in a professional manner to interact with sponsors, fans of all ages, game day guests and, on occasion, players
• Must have the ability to handle and coordinate large groups of people in a secure and sensitive area
• Must have a flexible work schedule that will allow intern to work nights, many daytime hours, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:
• Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment and on game days where responsibilities will expose the employee to weather conditions prevalent at the time
• Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays

This is a seasonal internship opportunity, and no benefits will be provided
