A VIP Coordinator/Touring Representative oversees all aspects of CID events and tours assigned to them from start to finish by coordinating with internal/external resources to ensure flawless event execution and an excellent experience for all CID guests. In addition, a VIP Coordinator will manage all aspects of the CID VIP Experience program out on the road. This position is travel-intensive and works exclusively from the road. The VIP Coordinator works directly with CID Project Managers to execute each tour/ event.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as Event Manager for any assigned projects.
- Follow CID guidelines in order to execute any given project.
- Work towards consistency and excellence within projects.

The touring representative will be going out on major national/international tours as a CID Entertainment representative facilitating the execution of our VIP program.
NOTE: Candidates must have valid passport and no border issues.
On Tour Responsibilities:
Lead CID Representative at each event for artist, venue, vendors and guests
Manage all CID event staff
Handle all on-site customer service and follow up
Ensure all aspects of each show are set up, run efficiently and broken down
Manage on and off site parties for VIP guests
Merchandise and deliverables count-in, inventory and distribution
Responsible for timely accounting of all event spending, per diem and receipts
Coordinate pass sheets, ticket requests, credentials, etc. with Artist Touring Staff
Send daily show recaps to CID office
Post Tour Responsibilities:
Reconcile receipts with CID Office and Project Manager
Assist in settling with band or venue for any and all show related expenses
Oversee transport of CID materials to next event / tour or CID office
Road Time Commitment:
Up to 12 weeks away from home at one time. Specific days off, but will still be expected to be available every day while on tour.
