Part-Time Outbound Booking Manager - Multiple Live Music Projects Remote | Approximately 10-15 hours per week
We already have established promotional materials, websites, live footage, EPKs, email campaigns and existing venue/contact databases.
We need someone who can take ownership of the outbound booking process.
This includes: researching opportunities, cleaning data, finding the correct talent buyers, following up consistently, maintaining an organized CRM and helping turn conversations into confirmed shows.
Responsibilities
You will: Manage outbound booking campaigns across three artist projects. Research and verify venues, festivals, promoters and talent buyers. Clean and maintain existing booking databases. Identify new booking opportunities. Maintain accurate notes and next steps in the booking CRM. Track replies, offers, holds and confirmed dates.

Booking agencies Artist management Music-industry sales B2B outbound sales
Existing venue or promoter relationships are helpful but not required.
Strong research ability, persistence and communication skills matter more.
This is not a mass-email job
We are not looking for someone to blast generic emails to thousands of venues.
Potential for increased hours and responsibility if the relationship is successful.

I am a musician and music manager with 20 years of experience, currently managing several bands, including Big Signature, a nine-piece original funk-fusion band known for its horns and high-energy live performances; Tom Petty Night, a polished celebration of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers tailored for theaters and festivals; and Jonathan Niles Chapman, an original folk, blues, and Americana artist performing in various configurations. I need help in the booking relationship development department.
