Sales Rep for Film/Video Production Company

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and spearhead the sales of our video production services and packages to corporate and commercial clients. This role is commission-only, offering substantial earnings potential for the right candidate. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify and secure clients, focusing on industries such as luxury brands, hospitality, travel, beer - wine - spirits, financial services, retail, healthcare, pharma and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, reach out to, and secure new clients for Chiron Films, Inc.'s video production services.
Promote Annual Packages: Sell our tailored annual video production packages to corporate and commercial businesses, explaining their value in cost-saving and maximum marketing reach.
Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients (virtually or in-person), understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Close Deals: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing feedback and insights for improving sales strategies.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally in video production, media, or advertising services.
Network: A strong network within corporate sectors, especially in industries like luxury brands, hospitality, travel, beer - wine - spirits, finance, healthcare, and tech, is a big plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain the value of high-end video production to clients unfamiliar with the industry. Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with little supervision.
