Manager, Account Services
The Account Services Manager will work closely with the Sales and Ad Solutions teams by helping support all Crackle Plus advertising businesses across mobile/tablet, online and connected TV platforms. The Account Services Manager, will be part of a white-glove customer service experience, creating world-class account services and consolidating all post- sales touch points to provide visibility throughout the lifecycle of not only individual campaigns, but entire accounts. This role will report to the Director, Account Services - National. As Account Services Managers, individuals will be in touch with advertising agencies to collect media assets, traffic and QA them working with multiple internal teams, monitor delivery throughout the duration of the campaign. The role will actively attend team meetings to ensure that all campaigns are on-pace and set to deliver in full and liaise with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing. This individual will also work closely with the Sales team in Operative One to troubleshoot and ensure all deals are represented accurately in the pipeline.
This position requires creative thinking, factual analysis as well as solution-oriented thinking. It is essential that this individual be organized, detail-oriented and has knowledge in digital media systems and tools, as well as opportunities and limitations. The ability to calmly and effectively juggle multiple projects at any given time is essential for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management Functions - Post-Sales:
Collect digital assets from agencies in the appropriate formats and share with Ad Tech team for their assistance in trouble shooting technical specifications
Test creative units prior to launch
Work with Ad Tech to problem solve and troubleshoot campaigns
Analyze accounts daily in order to ensure delivery and pacing towards full delivery of the campaign
Participate in weekly meetings or communication with Sales team to keep them aware of campaign delivery and pacing
Liaise with Finance where appropriate to ensure accurate invoicing
Work with Sales to create wrap up reports
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
BA or BS degree
3 years of experience in combination of ad.ops and/or campaign management - video experience a must
Strong background in media math and analysis
Experience with digital advertising platforms - FreeWheel and Operative One preferred; DoubleClick, Innovid, Sizmek & others encouraged
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and manage ongoing projects
Comfortable and collected in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace with a changing environment and quick turnarounds
Excellent written & verbal communication skills; comfortable with client-facing responsibilities
