Chicago White Sox Gameday Marketing Ambassador
Responsibilities include:
• Operate numerous marketing programs at Guaranteed Rate Field during White Sox home games, including the Kids Club, Rookie Corner, and Ballpark App Check-In kiosks
• Assist fans in registration, badge creation, and distribution of monthly prizes for the Kids Club
• Print customized fan ''First Game'' certificates at the Rookie Corner
• Assist fans in downloading/using the Ballpark App and distribute Check-In prizes at the Ballpark App kiosk
• Communicate program logistics effectively with all fans, answer their questions in regard to the ballpark/team, and maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor while interacting with fans and other ballpark staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must show enthusiasm, professionalism, and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be outgoing, energetic, communicative, and reliable
• Interested in working with fans of all ages, especially children
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule with some weekdays, weekends, and nights required (please reference the White Sox 2022 home game schedule).
