Overview:
The Chicago White Sox organization seeks a seasoned Account Executive to join our Premium Sales team. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Premium Seating and New Business Sales. In this position you will play a vital role in driving revenue and achieving sales targets within the Premium Seating Department. We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record to promote and sell the premium seating areas at Rate Field, including season ticket packages, suites, and club spaces. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead sales to achieve and exceed revenue goals for Premium Seating
• Generate new business by regularly pitching new prospects through prospecting, social selling, and events.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline while providing consistent updates and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend outside sales events with the purpose of selling, networking, and gathering leads.
• Work closely with the Premium Service team to ensure that current clients receive superior service and complete fulfillment of benefit packages.
• Game duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time, high-level sales and service experience; B2B C Suite sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in premium hospitality a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals by prospecting high end clients and selling premium products.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent organizational abilities: must be ready to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong written skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team focused on achieving department and company goals.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Previous experience with CRM platform a plus
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (based on team's home schedule)
Compensation:
• $50,000 - $55,000
