We are looking for an ambitious recent college graduate who is interested in working in the branded content industry. This role acts as support to the Owner of the company, a direct line of communication with directors, producers and the sales agents and support for all things related to company strategy, new business and branding. Ideal candidates must be confident in their coordination as they act as the connective tissue between the Creative Department and Production Department to facilitate flow and innovation.
Candidates must have enthusiasm for pop culture, music, art, film, photography and more. Ideal person is up to date with general trends and savvy with Adobe software. This is a great space for someone interested in learning strategy in the advertising world and the dynamics of owning a Production Company. You will work with the New York City based team and report directly to the Creative Manager. We are currently operating fully remotely with the intention to move to a hybrid format three days a week in person circa Autumn 2022. *Candidates should be located in/around NYC with the ability to be called upon for in-person events when necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the competitive commercial production industry, working for premiere director talent from the worlds of film, television and photography. *Note: Executive Assistant / Strategy Coordinator will co-manage and coordinate the office move.
Tracking/coordinating/anticipating sales efforts and results; Lead company weekly sales call and delivering updates to full team; Direct involvement in developing annual goals, writing and distributing notes on sales calls; keeping team focused on intentions
Tracking quarterly and annual results for quarterly presentation & annual company meetings
Coordinating Client Database Excel Doc
Monitoring and supporting the owner's business communication with directors, producers, sales, and client communication
Coordinating meetings and meeting preparation; including research and making decks/presentations; Responsible for follow up and next steps
Offering visual research/support and communication during director pitches and treatments
Coordinating Executive's travel and event scheduling
Coordinating public appearances for company owner and directors: including panels & jury
Coordinating opportunities for women leadership discussions/press/panels
Reading all trades and summarizing information in weekly roundup distributed to staff
Overall calendar management with an eye for effectiveness and results
Maintaining and update passwords as needed for execs
Staying up to date on upcoming directors work
Being aware of current culture, directors & artists
Office Support (possible in-person return tasks)
Share phone coverage when front desk is not available
General office Runner responsibilities: errands, deliveries

The commitment is full time, Monday-Friday/ 9am-6pm. Production can require us to meet strict deadlines so candidates should be willing to work flexibly when need be, with the understanding company respects prior engagements. We expect a minimum 1 year commitment. You will receive a formal review upon each calendar year. We provide full health and dental coverage at no expense to the employee.
