The Chattanooga Lookouts are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our front office team as the Corporate Partnership Manager. This is a full-time position, with benefits, and will be a part of the Chattanooga Lookouts sales team. This person will sell a full menu of inventory with a focus on corporate partnerships and hospitality options. They will renew, prospect, sell, and close partnerships through sales calls, community events, in-person meetings and building lasting relationships throughout the community. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Lead or assist in the sales process, from discovery to account management, to achieve individual and organizational sales goals.
• Create invoices and track receivables for all corporate contracts utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Responsible for prospecting and cultivating local partnerships.
• Generate new partnership opportunities by being present in the community through networking events, volunteer opportunities, and partnership events.
• Create and present proposal decks to clients that thoughtfully tell the story of the Lookouts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create sponsored activations and theme nights.
• Ensure all aspects of all Lookouts partnership agreements are executed and fulfilled.
• Provide excellent customer service to all Lookouts clients and fans.
• Be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, with long hours, for Lookouts games and additional Lookouts events.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations in the ballpark.
• Pull tarp and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to create professional sales proposals.
• Previous experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Corporate Partnership Manager also supports marketing and promotional projects around the ballpark and in the community. The candidate will be required to be knowledgeable about the happenings of the Lookouts' season and well versed in Chattanooga Lookouts' history.
The applicant should be a self-motivator who thrives in a team environment; possesses good analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively with attention to detail in a high-volume sales environment; ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts; goal oriented; quick learner; proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a base salary and benefits including employer sponsored health benefits and company 401K retirement plan.
