Morning Studio Operations Assistant - THIS IS A MORNING POSITION ONLY! Shift starts at 5:30AM. This will be a Mon-Fri position. Full time.

We are a fast growing event/entertainment company. We are multi-faceted in offering space for music rehearsals, filming, broadcast stage as well as full service event production. We are looking for someone to join our entry level position as an opener at our film/rehearsal studio location in Atwater Village. This is an exiting opportunity to get your foot n the door with a company that is growing in various aspects of the entertainment industry.

As a team member of our entertainment complex you will be responsible for:
*Opening facility in a timely and orderly fashion based on client needs.
*Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility in a hospitality like fashion (restrooms, studio rooms, kitchen area, lobby).
*Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff as well as book open space when available.
*Walk premises insuring the facility is maintained in appropriate fashion.
*Order supplies
*Offer tours of facility to potential clients
*Help with various office tasks, paperwork etc.
*Run errands from time to time including to our warehouse facility to Van Nuys

Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License
Experience with MAC based computers and IOS software

Knowledge of any of the following will be beneficial:
Quickbooks
Outlook
Musical Instruments/ Mixing Consoles/Lighting/AV
Film Stage Operations
