The Talent Assistant position is a part-time position perfect for aspiring talent managers. Our second in command talent assistant will work closely together with the overall team in executing our day-to-day operations. All applicants must live in the Los Angeles area and must be within a 25 mile radius of our Los Angeles office. Must have a vehicle.
Responsibilities
x Manage phone, calendar, email, and meetings; schedule virtual and in-person meetings and calls, internally and externally.
x Submit through casting sites, such as Breakdown Express, LA Casting, and Casting Frontier. Knowledge of common industry tools such as InEntertainment is a plus.
x Sending out auditions to our client list, as well as outsourcing scripts from studios and networks.
x Run minor errands as necessary by the team.
x Track and review client bookings, payments, and contracts via detailed spreadsheets through Google Works app.
x Other duties as deemed necessary for the position.
Qualifications
1-2 years minimum of general office assistant work preferred.
Prior experience with an entertainment company preferred.
Must live in the immediate Los Angeles area.
Proficient with Google Works Apps and Apple products.
Flexible scheduling to travel as necessary for clients.
Transportation is highly necessary.
