Busy West Los Angeles Talent Agency seeks assistant for the OCCommercial Department. Full time, 9:30am - 6:30 pm Mon-Fri.
(REMOTE JOB but may require some days in office/ must be located in LOS ANGELES)
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, assisting Agent's with projects, maintaining contracts, proper office protocol, fax, basic computer skills, Internet research, direct contact with agents, talent and buyers.
Required knowledge with PC computer, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, basic phone protocol.
First consideration will be given to applicants with knowledge in casting programs such as LA Casting, Frontier Casting, Now Casting and Breakdown Services. Working knowledge in the entertainment software InEntertainment is also what we are looking for in an applicant.
This is not a production job.
Hourly salary is $15.00per hour for a 40 hour week with benefits.
