Los Angeles-based Talent Agency seeks one person for a full time position as an Account Receivable Clerk/ Agent Assistant in its Voice-Over Department. The duties include being responsible for voice actors' accounts receivable (including payments thru such payment platforms as Ariba and Coupa) and other monies due for their performances in voice-over, basic accounting, data entry, tracking payments, and past due collections. Additional tasks include assisting a busy agent in scheduling and coordinating the actors' auditions and bookings, daily interaction with talent agency clients and buyers as well as other associates in the Voice-Over Department and Broadcast Business Affairs department. Additional responsibilities include: project tracking, organizing agent's calls and correspondence, client relations, heavy telephone and email. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply. Full time, entry level salary and benefits. Applicants MUST be based in the Los Angeles area, commutable to the Westwood.
Full-time position Monday thru Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
