POSITION TITLE: Administration Assistant, Education and Community Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Director of Administration
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time
DIRECT REPORTS INCLUDE: Contracted Project Faculty and Specialists, Interns (as assigned)
STATUS: Non-Exempt
COMPENSATION: Salary, Commensurate with experience

Under the supervision, strategic and conceptual guidance of the Director of Social Strategy, Innovation and Impact, work to ensure the successful delivery of Center Theatre Group's education, community and engagement programs, services and events.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Administration. Oversee general office management, including supporting department financial and data management, fielding general inquiries on behalf of the department, general marketing and outreach and project support, as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with general office administration for department.
a. Coordinate general day to day office management for department.
b. Maintain office supply inventory and equipment for department.
c. Assist with supporting department finances.
2. Manage data information and systems for the department.
a. Support the department's use of the patron management software, Tessitura.
b. Research and learn new software systems relevant to the department's work.
c. Help maintain and update all department mailing lists.
3. Provide general program support to Education and Community Partnerships department.
4. Coordinate all aspects of the Board Education and Community Partnerships Committee meetings, including scheduling meetings 3-5 times annually, managing RSVPs, and taking professional meeting minutes.
5. Manage general department marketing and outreach.
6. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Two of more years of administrative experience required. Desired qualities include strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive approach to work. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have a desire to learn the database Tessitura. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, multitasker, skilled in business writing, and be interested in the administrative aspects of arts education. Must be available to work weekends and evenings as assigned. The candidate will also have a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
