REMOTE INTERNSHIP - COMMERCIAL/PRINT/THEATRICAL AGENCY
CCA Agency is seeking part-time interns to assist in our Print/Commercial/Theatrical divisions. Looking for people who have a great attitude, are diligent, tech-savvy, detail-oriented and proactive. You will be working side-by-side with the agent, interacting with clients, performing administrative tasks, working on submissions and learning about the relationships between agencies, talent and casting.
Internship Start Date: January 2027
Internship Duration: 90-120 days (2-3 days a week)
Schedule: 10:00am-6:00pm PST (Needed from 10-6. No half days available)
Workplace Requirements: Our office is in Burbank, CA but this is a remote position. You must have a laptop/desktop and reliable internet access
INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand casting breakdowns
Work with online accounts used by actors and casting (LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Actors Access, Breakdown Express)
Email talent auditions and respond to questions/concerns
Collect, review, and edit audition submissions, and address any technical issues
Keeping track of auditions, submissions, callbacks and reminders to talent.
Record and maintain confidential client information
