Overview and Responsibilities:

If you're a skilled filmmaker capable of leading projects, meeting client deadlines, and crafting compelling stories across various media platforms, we want you to join us in one of America's fastest-growing media markets. Primary responsibilities include:
• Develop and produce high-quality branded content that aligns with clients' marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences across platforms.
• Write, shoot, and edit both short and long form content for linear and digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Director of Multiplatform Marketing, Sales and Research teams to understand client needs and conceptualize content strategies that effectively communicate brand messages.
• Work with a high level of attention to detail to maintain and protect brand standards.
• Stay ahead of industry and platform-specific trends.
• Undertake a leadership role at station events both on and offsite–sometimes on weekends or holidays.
• Provide support to Promotions and Art teams as needed.

Education and Experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV communications, production, or related field.
• 5 or more years of experience as a content creator in a mid-to-major market.
• Proficient with cinema camera production gear including cinema primes and wireless audio.
• Proficient in cinematic production workflow–including asset management, color grading, QC, and versioning.
• Able to create polished content with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience brainstorming with creative teams, pitching projects, unwrapping concepts, solving problems, and collectively developing ideas.
