The Inventory and Station Services Coordinator has a close working relationship with the CBS Sales Department, Sales Coordination, Broadcast Operations, and Advertising Agencies. The Coordinator performs a variety of administration duties and is integral in providing the highest level of service to various Departments within the Company.
Responsibilities:
• Work with Sales Coordination in all programming dayparts to change show loads.
• Set up the Prime time standbys and Sports bonus shows.
• Assist Inventory Management with special projects and audit requests.
• Produce and maintain automated supplements, sales contracts, and agency contact information.
• Process orders for Sectionals, Cut-Ins, Blackouts and West Coast Feeds on behalf of CBS Television Network clients in all programming dayparts.
• Communicate with agencies, Air Control, and local TV affiliates on final position notifications.
• Perform data entry and other duties as assigned.
Required:
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high degree of professionalism
• Ability to successfully handle remote work
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Must be proactive, well organized, a team player and able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Demonstrated interest in media/entertainment
• 4 year college degree required
